The following are essential objectives for the EPS.
1) To serve Pashtoons residing in the Greater Edmonton Region through the provision of settlement services, conduction of cultural programs, seminars, professional networking workshops, and short courses to help integrate the community into Canadian Society.
2) To provide immediate assistance to all members in emergencies and establish resources to be ready for such emergencies, such as emergency support funds (ESF).
3) To develop, guide and integrate the youth into society through networking and social gathering.
4) To promote Pashtoon culture and participate in events and occasions within the Greater Edmonton Region.
